Long story short, The Bert Show switched podcast hosting platforms in the summer of 2022, ending our subscription service with our previous podcast host, ACast. This means that your subscription was automatically cancelled since we are no longer using that service. Your recurring subscription immediately ended and you are no longer charged moving forward on that service. Any unused portion of your subscription for the month should have resulted in a prorated refund automatically, as well.)
